When the USA coal giant decided to list on the ASX in 2018, RIFLE MEDIA met the brief and became the corporate communication agency for the Prospectus and Brand Development.

We worked in partnership with the JLMs and the client through a complex network of stakeholders across international time zones, all demanding excellence.

In addition to the 700-page Prospectus, the largest prospectus we have published, RIFLE MEDIA was asked to refine the corporate logo and create a Brand Guideline that would continue on after the Prospectus, as the framework for the Australian brand.
